Website relaunch for eneo

European CCTV supplier eneo has launched a new website, designed to be provide a “user-friendly and attractive experience”.

The company says the site’s relaunch comes as “a response to the strong growth and constant development witnessed by the eneo portfolio in recent years” and provides the platform for future brand expansion.

The site is also now available in four languages: German, English, French and Polish.

A statement from eneo said: “One special feature of the new website is that it appeals to professional resellers as a comprehensive information medium, and at the same time it also gives extensive support to end customers, eg through downloads.

“For instance, software tools and firmware updates in addition to product documents such as data sheets can be downloaded from the download area. Additionally, popular and frequent downloads are also offered on the overview pages.

“In the same way as resellers and specialist installers, professionals find that the new eneo platform is a comprehensive source of information as well as an effective decision-making aid.

“The new and clearly arranged group structure gives fast access to all product groups and products. Two view options – compact showing a picture and text, or in-depth showing the complete technical data, drawings and downloads – provide detailed information on all product features.”

The site also features a new ‘watchlist’ function. Users can place products in their own watchlist, print it out, send it to anyone by email, or use it to forward a corresponding product enquiry directly to Videor.

Decision-making is designed to be optimised by the watchlist as features of individual products can be compared to each other and are shown in a tabular line-up.

The eneo newsletter is also new, along with editorials and specialist articles on different product topics.
