BSW installs ACTi’s solution at RPG Cellucom

RPG Cellucom is India's leading retail chain for mobility solutions. Cellucom, over the years, has developed a distinctive retail concept offering a variety of mobility solutions and a better shopping experience by sharing the knowledge of mobile technology in a consumer-friendly ambience.

Currently Cellucom owns 200 stores which are across 20 cities including top four metros. It plans to set up 500 new stores by the end of December 2009.

ACTi’s unified solution was chosen because of its image quality and cost-effectiveness. ACTi unified surveillance solution enables the managers and shareholders to have the ability to view their remote retail locations from the comfort of their homes via Internet.

BSW Soft implemented ACTi mega pixel IP fixed dome, ACM-3401, at each of the shops. At one of the sites, ACTi’s compact cube cameras, ACM-4000, have been used in combination with the dome cameras. ACTi NVR software has been installed as the video management software to manage the videos recorded. It also provides user-friendly interface for people to browse through all the recorded data.
