Mayflex introduces new server range

Mayflex says Overland Storage offers a complete set of smart, affordable data protection appliances that help small, midrange and distributed enterprises ensure data is constantly protected, readily available and always there.

“Overland Storage brings enterprise-class capabilities to mid-range customers through affordable and reliable solutions that reduce the backup window, improve data recovery speed, simplify short and long-term data retention and makes cost-effective disaster recovery a reality for all,” Mayflex says.

Mayflex also distributes the Mobotix range of cameras, which can record to the SnapServer independently, with each SnapServer storage system supporting multiple cameras.

Overland Storage, Inc and Mobotix recently announced the formation of a strategic, global alliance to deliver video surveillance and archiving solutions for the under 100-camera system market.

Martin Morris, physical security sales manager at Mayflex, said: “The addition of Overland products really is an important development for the security division. The products already available from Mayflex are compatible with this product range and enable us to offer complete security systems for our customers.”
