Securitas publishes Annual Report for 2008

The Annual Report for Securitas AB covering the financial year 2008 has now been published at Securitas’ public web site (www.securitas.com)

The printed version of the Annual Report is available to view as of this morning, and will be distributed to those Securitas shareholders who have pre-ordered it from Securitas’ shareholder web service.

The company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 4.00 pm CET on 7 May in Vinterträdgården at the Grand Hòtel, Stockholm.

Issuance of four-year bond loan

Securitas AB has also issued a four-year, 500 MEUR bond loan in the Eurobond market. The coupon rate was set at 6,50 %. The proceeds from the loan will be used to refinance existing credit facilities.

Arranging banks for this move were BNP Paribas, Nordea and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
