Norbain joins NVT Approved Customer Charter Scheme
03 Mar 10
Norbain has been accepted into the Network Video Technologies (NVT) Approved Customer Charter Scheme (ACCS). Brian Sims reports.
As an Approved Customer, Norbain will benefit from a comprehensive programme of NVT technical training and after-sales support.
In turn, Norbain customers can enjoy the advantages of direct NVT project support and individual installation field visits from NVT technical and sales staff.
Core ACCS technical training modules are delivered within NVT’s newly refurbished training suite at the company’s UK and EMEA headquarters in Teddington, near London, while supporting components are also available to take place at designated customer locations.
Benefiting from solid technical expertise
In recognition of their approved status, Norbain was recently presented with an NVT ACCS plaque.
Commenting on the company's achievement, Keith Purvis - operations director at Norbain - said: “Working in partnership with NVT for over ten years, we have benefited from the supply of quality products and invaluable technical assistance throughout a number of varied projects."
Purvis continued: "NVT Hybrid Video products combine high performance and reliability to deliver the best choice for UTP CCTV video transmission. We look forward to providing NVT’s products to many more successful projects, and all underpinned by the quality standards established via the Approved Customer Charter Scheme.”
